Immerse your senses and get to know the plants we will be discussing in our online classes, on a deeper level. This is an optional add-on for the “Navigating the Highs and Lows Together” online series (March 1st, 15th and 29th.)

Herbal Bundles are $33ea. Options available for local pickup (free), local delivery (+$5 fee) or shipping ($13 flat rate)

Each bundle will include:

• 3 packets of dried herbs (loose-leaf tea), approx. 15g ea.

• 3 tinctures (concentrated herbal extracts, prepared with locally distilled grain alcohol and organic vegetable glycerin), 15mL ea.

• Backyard Herbalism, a self-published zine that contains detailed information on Nettles, Violet, Dandelion and Cleavers along with recipes and instructions for preparing potent herbal infusions (loose-leaf tea.)

Instructions on how to prepare and work with these remedies will be shared in with your bundle as well as discussed in the classes. Each item included aligns with specific herbs that we will be delving into as we move through each class session. I encourage you to prepare a cup of tea before you sit and join each class and I’m excited to offer an option that allows participants to taste, touch and smell the plants we are naming.
