Alexandra Svoboda, CCH
Alex is a certified clinical herbalist and nutritionist with a focus in western herbalism. She offers health consultations that focus on empowering people to achieve their own goals through practices of increasing vitality and harm reduction. She employs well-balanced herbal and nutritional remedies along with the necessary education to understand these tools and their ability to heal. Alex is a firm believer in keeping an open heart and mind while practicing common sense and honesty. She enjoys digging to the roots of imbalances and personalizing affordable wellness plans that meet people where they’re at and put them in charge of their own health.
Alex graduated from the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism in 2015, where she worked in the student clinic and completed more than 1000 hours of classroom education in nutrition, herbalism, basic medical sciences, and botany. Since 2007 she has been working with plant medicine in continuous self-study and an apprenticeship at Farmacy Herbs. Health justice and accessibility is an integral part of her healing philosophy. In addition to one-on-one consultations, she facilitates workshops and classes that empower people with the skills they need to keep their families and communities healthy.
